Dodgers' Pitcher Zack Greinke Picked up His 10th Straight Win Yesterday

St. Louis came up with a win over Chicago yesterday, beating the Cubs 7-4. The Giants shut out the Padres 6-0, the A’s beat out the Twins 2-1, and Dodgers’ pitcher Zack Greinke found his tenth win in a row as L.A. beat Milwaukee 8-2.

The Rangers picked up their second win of a series against Houston, 7-1, the White Sox top the Tigers, 5-2, and Royals beat out the Indians, 5-3, and the Mets come up with the win over the Orioles, 3-2. Mets’ pitcher Bartolo Colon struck out nine batters during the effort.

Atlanta shut out the Phillies 9-0, the Yankees beat the Blue Jays 6-3, the Marlins picked up a win over the Nationals 2-1, and Cincinnati broke even on the year with a 7-1 win over the Pirates. The Reds are now 13-13 and the win comes as Cincinnati’s second win of the three-game series.

The Red Sox beat the Rays 2-0, the Angels picked up a win over the Mariners, 5-4, and the matchup between the Diamondbacks and Rockies that was supposed to take place yesterday was postponed due to rain.
